Bob was patient and not pushy. He made the process easy and stress free. I would recommend him to all my biker friends and family. As well as the Loess Hills Harley Davison. What is really impressive was their inventory. I could have looked at bikes all day there. I didn't see any bikes that looked questionable. They put their used bike as through a rigorous mechanical check before its sold. And that translates to peace of mind buying. Try the others first and make Loess Hills your last stop. You'll be happy you did and you buy from them I can testify to that. Because that's what I did.

The customer service at Loess Hills was top notch. They had answers to all my questions and I felt overall comfortable during my whole experience here. Everything was smooth and how I expected everything to be and more.

I wanted the exact same bike I had after it was stolen. By pure chance this dealership had the exact same bike with just a few differences I wanted after I got my settlement. I called up, I said I wanted to buy the bike, and they made it happen. I gave them an unreasonable time frame to prep the bike and they did it. They gave me no BS on a cash sale and that was important to me. The salesman, Damien, was straight forward with me. John was also straight forward with me. I came up from Kansas City to buy the bike, they treated me great, and made it very comfortable for me to wait to get deal done with their sales office. John Thomas helped me. Felt me out with multiple questions up front. Answered my concerns. Let me look but checked in. Showed me a few other options, and broke down why a new bike might be better option for me. He was patient with me as I felt it was a big purchase for a first touring bike. Didnt want to have a buyers remorse. My schedule can by hectic, so he even came in on his day off to get the sale done. Didnt feel I got much of a deal, as I was hoping a backrest would be thrown in or split. But I understand the market isnt great for the buyer right now. Promotion was nice for gear though . Guy helping with helmets was nice and helpful. Wife needed a larger helmet and the lady also helping laughed at my wife about it a little. That was really the only negative experience I had.

Best Ever Customer Service in every department! However, Kim Schermerhorn~GM in merchandising gets a 10!! She has & continues to go above & beyond. When it came to not finding the perfect gift last Christmas (2021) for my husband as I wanted a HD ring which unfortunately the company she orders from no longer carried, Kim busted out her CS skills, knowledge & commitment to making sure her customer would not leave without being a satisfied, happy lady! Not only that, but we built a relationship and there is nothing greater than walking into Loess Hills HD & you feel like family now!

And once again, Kim has gone above & beyond 2/26/22, she found me a ring to match my husbands, ordered it & 2nd weekend in a row guess where my husband & I are heading? Bought my first Harley Davidson motorcycle a 2019 Street Bob. I loved the bike at first sight. The bike had ape hangers and I thought the bike wasnt for me. John Thomas our sales rep told me otherwise. With a simple adjustment to bring them back problem solved. Unlike my past experiences buying cars this process was quick and easy. Got a good deal and Glen the finance guy was detailed and got my paperwork in order. Word of mouth is what brought me to Loess Harley Davidson. Great people! Excellent experience. Our sales person, Brandon, did an excellent job of helping us find a bike that met our needs. He also clearly explained everything that was going on in the purchase process and kept us updated on progress. One of the things I really appreciated with Brandon is that if he didn't know the answer to a question, he would say so and then he would go and get the answer. Overall he did an excellent job for us. Amanda Ann also did an excellent job of taking us through the finance and paperwork process. I came in just to take a look at a bike I had seen on-line. Joe was so easy to talk to and got me excited about going to the next step. I was in Iowa last week for 2 funerals, but I did not have an opportunity to visit the Pacific junction store. I really wanted a T-shirt, since my parents are both from Iowa, and in particular the Loess Hills. I decided to call the store to see if I could purchase a T-shirt over the phone. Jessica helped me and she went above and beyond! She explained to me on the day that I called that she would need to discuss the matter with her manager to see if a shipment to California was possible. I gave her a good time to call, and she called me promptly the next day! She was able to take all of my information on the phone, and three days later I received my T-shirt! I absolutely love it, but more importantly, I am very pleased with the service that I received, and the follow-through that Jessica provided. Thank you so much Jessica! California is a long way away from Iowa, and I dont get back there very often. I am so happy to have my T-shirt, and I will proudly wear it! I talked with Glen and and he gave me a fair deal and did not waste my time. The transaction was very quick and easy. I called 2 other local dealers and it seemed like they didnt care if they put a deal together or not.

This bike deal started when Nycole sent me a note on FB marketId been kicking the idea around of downsizing/trading. Took a ride to see Joe and Tony (the enablers) of all things wonderful about motorcycle discussions. Then, i ran into old acquaintance Glen, and while having our chat on our way through service to the toybox, I see some big ugly motorcycle I dont need whatsoever. But of course I inquire about it...Glen and Dan took some time, and we made it work logically for both parties on a trade. Dealing locally and having dealer support becomes an important factor as we progress into the hobby and/or lifestyle. Lots of choices locally, so visiting and supporting the passionate guys/gals like Joe, Tony, Glenn holding on through thick and thin tells you its enthusiast-employees that keep us coming back to events and to buy these beauties. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. My husband and I stopped in to the dealership on our way home in August.from South Dakota to Georgia. We were buying shirts from each state along the way. Everyone was super helpful and very nice. Very clean, and good selection of products. About a week ago, we had an accident on our bike, and my husband's shirt was ruined. I looked online, and couldn't find the shirt to order. I called the store, spoke to Angel, and explained the situation. He gave me his personal cell number to send a picture of the shirt to see if he could find it for me. I got a message a few hours later, he found it! I also got a message from the store, and spoke to Hailey who took payment that day, and shipped it our for me the next morning. I am blown away by the level of customer service, and am so grateful. It's just. T-shirt, but it had sentimental value to us, and to be able to replace it meant a lot. If you're ever in the area, stop by and see them! You don't be disappointed, the staff there is truly awesome! Thanks again to everyone who went above and beyond for me......
